Wags 'n Wiggles Resort. Inc. boards dogs and cats. We want your loved ones to feel at home while visiting "Our Home". The facility is monitored 24 hours a day for security and fire! It's tied into my house up front. We are recognized for our extremely clean facility. We sanitize our runs every day, not just when a dog leaves. We provide stainless steel bowls which are hand scrubbed then also cleaned by our dishwasher every day (we bought twice the amount of bowls needed so they are never without bowls). We will also wash any bedding, blankets or toys you bring on the day of departure. We have been open since May 2005. Time flies when you're having fun! We are also known for our endless amounts of human contact. Whether you purchase play times or not, your loved one will be exactly that - a very loved one! We now offer you 2 ways to earn free days:
If you refer someone to us, you will receive a free day (value of $23) once they've had their first stay.
DOGS: We have 30 covered indoor-outdoor runs and 28 indoor runs. On the inside, they have privacy from side to side. They can see out the front of their runs. They are covered on the top (they can see through the top) so they can't climb out or anyone in. Also inside, there are two televisions that are kept on Animal Planet (left on 24 hours a day), ceiling fans and an air exchanger (also left on24 hours a day) 6 skylights, central air and radiant heat. On the outside portion of their runs. they can see their neighbors. This is very good for socialization. The outside is also covered by a roof so they won't get rained on, snowed on or any direct sun. As long as weather permits, once we are done cleaning, they can go in and out as they please.CATS: We have beautiful kitty condos. We also can permit one family to get the roam of the cat room. The room has a television (on 24 hours a day so they can watch Nemo, Sharktale or cable), climbers, 2 large windows giving them the opportunity to view the woods on one side and bird feeders on the other.We are happy to provide food (Wellness) and kitty litter. Please feel free to bring your own food from home. You may bring a bed (as long as it can fit in the condo), blankie and a couple toys. We are not responsible if an injury/death to your loved one results from any items brought in.
FOOD:
We provide Bil-Jac (dry) or Wellness (dry or canned). You need to request Wellness. We have most varieties of Wellness. There will be an additional fee for the canned. If you are worried about your loved ones sensitive stomach, please feel free to bring their own food. Please bring their normal eating routine (dry, canned, chicken, yogurt, etc.). it's all ok! You may also bring their own treats and chewies. Bedtime snacks are on us as are kisses goodnight (we use their name and tell them that we love them!)! Please do not bring bowls from home. We are not responsible if an injury/death to your loved one results from any items brought in. For our beautiful friends not eating well, we will bribe them! We normally use a little of our canned wellness (bribing is no extra charge!) We want our furry friends happy!
BEDDING AND BOWLS:
We are more than happy to provide fresh bedding daily (or more regularly if necessary). We have a large supply of blankets. We also have comforters and rugs for dogs needing a little extra TLC! You may bring their own beds or blankies if you prefer! Please wash before you bring in. We are not responsible if an injury/death to your loved one results from any items brought in. You may certainly bring toys from home! If you have any that you're questioning their safety, please leave them at home. COMFORT ITEM: You may bring several items from home - toys, chewies, favorite bed or blankie, something with your scent on it....PLEASE be sure all items are washed prior to arrival. PLEASE try to label as much as possible. NO COLORED RAWHIDES - they stain our floors. We will offer these comfort items as long as our requests are followed. We are not responsible if an injury/death too your loved one results from an item brought in.
