SPECIAL NEEDS PETS: We gladly accept special needs pets (handicapped, geriatric, etc.)! Since they will be needing some extra TLC, they must be non-aggressive and accepting of our help.VACCINATIONS:Please make sure that all of the vaccines we require are current. Your loved ones will not be able to be boarded otherwise. Please understand that we are looking after the well being of all your loved ones.FLEAS: We have never had a flea problem and I would love to keep it that way. Please be responsible pet owners and check your pets for fleas before coming in. Frontline Plus is an excellent prevention for both dogs and cats. If we find any, you will be charged for a flea bath and for a dose Frontline Plus. Thank you for understanding. As you can tell, we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure your pets physical safety as well as their health safety.Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella (kennel cough) "L" Leptospirosis & Bordetella are not always standardly given by all vets. Puppies: Puppies: 6 mos. and younger are required to bring a negative fecal dated within 10 days of boarding.
Cats: Vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, *Feline Leukemia *Feline leukemia is not always standardly given. Feline leukemia is not always routinely given. We would prefer that you get this. If you choose not to get this vaccine, you will assume all responsibility for your cats health. We will need to see a negative feline leukemia test dated within a year of boarding.Please make sure that all of the above vaccinations are current. Your loved ones will not be able to be boarded otherwise. Please understand that we are looking after the well being of all your loved ones as well as ours. As you can tell, we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure your pets physical safety as well as their health safety - we disinfect and scrub down our runs every day; we have an air exchanger and we are very strict on our vaccinations. EMERGENCY CARE:We will make every effort to use your veterinarian. If the situation is extremely urgent, we may need to go to a closer vet. Wags 'N Wiggles Resort reserves the right to charge extra for a transportation fee. (Minimum $20 each way).

Before a claim is paid, Wags 'N Wiggles Resort requires that all veterinary services claims be submitted to us within two weeks of your loved one's departure date. This is mandatory for any reimbursement or payment. Wags 'N-Wiggles Resort also requires that you veterinarian forward diagnosis and treatment history to us prior to reimbursement or payment if your pet requires on-going treatment within the 5-day limit. All dogs 7 years old and younger must participate in this program.
